Pilgrims Way
Provincial Grand Master, Brother Bill Rocks announced that his challenge for this year was to raise funds for Maggie's Centre Fife, as such Bill, accompanied by Brother Alan Morgan, walked, "The Pilgrims Way Fife." over three weekends in June, A distance of some 65 miles.
The fifth and final stage of the walk was completed on Saturday 15 June 2024, when the brethren completed the walk from Culross to St. Andrews following in the footsteps of the routes taken by countless pilgrims to Scotland’s holy hotspot in St. Andrews..
This years walk managed to raise the sum of £3,150.00. Grateful thanks are extended to all who have made a donation and helped us to raise this fantastic sum. Further information about Maggie's can be found by following this link 'HERE'.
On Wednesday 26 June 2024 the brethren visited Maggie's Centre within the grounds of Victoria Hospital Kirkcaldy and met with Maggie's Fife Centre Fund Raising Organiser Natalie Fairfoul and presented a cheque for £3,150.00.
