The Provincial Grand Lodge of Fife and Kinross

Welcome to the official website of the Provincial Grand Lodge of Fife and Kinross. The first Provincial Grand Master Alexander Melville of Balgarvie, was commissioned in 1745.

Freemasonry is an ancient and honourable society. It promotes and encourages steady principles in life in an increasingly changing world. Above all we are not a secret society and we welcome expressions of interest from men of mature age usually over 21, who believe in a Supreme Being and who are genuinely interested in improving society around them. You can contact the Provincial Grand Lodge using the 'Contact PGLFK' link.

The Province of Fife and Kinross contains 49 Lodges, 48 in the Kingdom of Fife and 1 in the county of Kinross-shire. Our aim is to provide information about the Masonic activities within the Province, which are of interest to both Masons and non-Masons alike. Please enjoy your visit and we hope you will come back again soon.
