October Statutory Communication
The Statutory Communication of the Provincial Grand Lodge of Fife and Kinross, was held on Saturday 22 October 2022. Presiding was the Right Worshipful Provincial Grand Master Brother Bill Rocks.
During the course of the proceedings, Most Excellent Companion John Donaldson, Second Provincial Grand Principal was introduced representing the Provincial Grand Royal Arch Chapter of Fife and Kinross.
Brother Rankin Clarkson, Past Provincial Grand Secretary was presented with a breast jewel as a token of appreciation for his time served as Provincial Grand Secretary. The presentation was made by Immediate Past Provincial Grand Master Brother Stewart Quigley.
