April Statutory Communication
The Statutory Communication of the Provincial Grand Lodge was held on Saturday, 25 April 2026, within the Masonic Hall, North Street, Lochgelly, under the auspices of Lodge Minto No. 385. The meeting was presided over by Brother Bill Rocks, Provincial Grand Master.
On this occasion, the Right Worshipful Provincial Grand Master formally welcomed representatives from both the Provincial Grand Royal Arch Chapter of Fife and Kinross and the District Grand Priory of Fife and Kinross. Representing the Provincial Grand Royal Arch Chapter were Most Excellent Third Grand Principal William Rice, accompanied by Most Excellent Scribe Ezra, Ian Mackenzie. The District Grand Priory was represented by Right Eminent Frater George Johnstone, District Grand Prior, accompanied by Very Eminent Frater Frank Reid, District Grand Seneschal.
The Provincial Grand Master extended a warm welcome to both deputations, who were duly escorted to their seats within the Provincial Grand Lodge.
During the proceedings, Brother Colin Johnston, a Master Mason of Lodge St John No.540, was presented with a certificate and neck jewel, and was conferred the honorary rank of Provincial Grand Sword Bearer.
