Lodge St Regulus No.77
At the regular meeting of Lodge St Regulus No.77 held on Monday 18 May 2026, Brother Winston Dey Past Master of Lodge St Regulus was recognised by the Master Brother John Osler and brethren of the Lodge for his 50-years service to Lodge St Regulus and to the Craft, by presenting him with a 50-year jubilee certificate.
Brother Dey Past Master was initiated into Lodge St Regulus on 01 December 1975 and has served the Lodge as Master from 2006-2008 and again from 2011-2012.
He is also a member of Lodge Balgonie No.764 and there were several brethren of Lodge Balgonie who had come along to this meeting to offer their congratulations to Brother Dey. Brother John Rougvie Master of Lodge Balgonie No.764 assisted with the presentation.
Provincial Grand Lodge of Fife and Kinross was represented by the Provincial Grand Master Brother Bill Rocks accompanied by Depute Provincial Grand Master Brother Lawrence Cooper.
