Lodge Wemyss No.777
On Thursday 18 December 2025 a deputation from the Provincial Grand Lodge, headed by Provincial Grand Master Brother Bill Rocks visited Lodge Wemyss No.777. The reason for the visit was that they had been invited by the Master and Brethren of Lodge Wemyss to assist in the presentation of a Jubilee Certificate to Brother Peter Duffy Past Master.
Brother Duffy PM was initiated into Lodge Wemyss on 19 December 1974 and served the Lodge as Master from 1983 to 1985.
A presentation on Freemasonry in the 21st Century was delivered to the Brethren by Brother James Young Past Master of Lodge St Leonard Loanhead No. 580, which was found interesting and well received.
