Lodge St John No.540
The regular meeting of Lodge St John No.540 held on Wednesday, 01 October 2025 was a busy but enjoyable one. The Lodge received a deputation from Lodge Camperdown No.317, in Dundee, who were led by their Master Brother Gerald Chambers, who had been invited to visit Lodge St John No.540, and to confer a Fellow Craft Degree.
Brother Chambers Master and Brother James Lyndsay Past Master of Lodge Camperdown were awarded honorary membership of Lodge St John No.540. Brother George Seath a Master Mason of Lodge St John No.540 was presented with a jubilee certificate marking 50 years of dedicated service to Lodge St John and Freemasonry.
