Lodge St John No.540
On Wednesday, 07 May 2025, Lodge St. John No. 540 held a special meeting within Crossgates Community Centre.
The Master of Lodge St. John No. 540, Brother Girvan Easton, led an exemplification of the Fellow Craft Degree by several neighbouring Lodges.
The evening was a great success, with a large attendance. The Masters participating in the ceremony were from the following Lodges:

- Lodge St. John No.540
- Lodge Thane of Fife No.781
- Lodge Oak No.877
- Lodge St. Fothad’s No.1059
- Lodge Elgin and Bruce No.1077
The candidate for the evening was Brother Robert McLaren of Lodge Oak No. 877. After the degree work the brethren enjoyed a hot and cold buffet prepared by the Right Worshipful Master’s Mother.
