Lodge Earl Haig No.1260
At the regular meeting of Lodge Earl Haig No.1260 held on Wednesday 13 December 2023, the Lodge was visited by the Provincial Grand Lodge of Fife and Kinross on their annual visit representing the Grand Lodge of Scotland. The deputation was headed by the Provincial Grand Master Brother Bill Rocks. The business of Provincial Grand Lodge was conducted by Worshipful Substitute Provincial Grand Master Brother Colin Davie.
The Lodge worked a Fellow Craft Degree, after which a distinguished service certificate was presented to Brother Duncan Murray Past Master in token of the many years of dedicated and distinguished service to Lodge Earl Haig since being initiated into the Lodge in 1982.
The presentation was made by the Master Brother Andrew Wishart assisted by Provincial Grand Master Brother Bill Rocks after a resume of Brother Murrays activities in the Lodge was given by the Lodge secretary Brother Bob Christie.
