District Grand Priory of Fife & Kinross
The new District Grand Prior of Fife & Kinross and his commissioned officers were installed into office on Saturday 04 May 2024, within the premises of Lodge Minto No.385, Masonic Temple North Street Lochgelly.
The District Grand Priory was opened in regular manner by the Right Eminent District Grand Prior Patrick McBlain who welcomed into the District Grand Priory deputations from Sister Provincial District Grand Priories led by Right Eminent Frater Ian Duff District Grand Prior of Tay Valley District Grand Priory. Deputations from Sister orders consisting of Brother Bill Rocks Provincial Grand Master and Brother Colin Davie Substitute Provincial Grand Master of the Provincial Grand Lodge of Fife and Kinross, Most Excellent Companion Gordon Hynd Grand Superintendent and Most Excellent Companion David Lessels Second Provincial Grand Principal of the Provincial Grand Royal Arch Chapter of Fife and Kinross and Very Illustrious Brother Mike McGregor 33o Deputy for Scotland East Province of the Antient and Accepted Scottish Rite for Scotland.
The Great Priory of Scotland was then admitted led by The Most Eminent and Reverend Grand Master Joseph Stewart Wood, BA, BD, CA, GCT. Who installed the new District Grand Prior Right Eminent Frater George Johnstone into his office.
The Commissioned Officers were installed into their respective office by The Right Eminent Grand Seneschal W. Raymond King, GCT.
At the end of the ceremony the assembly sat down to a fine repass and enjoyed the usual toasts.
