Visit to Erskine
As the Provincial Grand Master Bro. Rev Andrew Patersons Installation fell on Armed Forces Day it was agreed that a proportion of the collection taken at the Installation would be donated to Erskine. Erskine was founded in 1916 and has provided nursing and medical care for members of our Armed Forces ever since - rebuilding shattered lives and providing first class care.
On Tuesday 11th of September 2012, the Provincial Grand Master Bro. Andrew Paterson along with Substitute Provincial Grand Master Bro. Gordon Michie and Provincial Grand Secretary Bro. Bob Christie visited the Bishopton Home to hand over a cheque for £650.00 to some Masonic residents. The PGM got into the swing of things by helping with some chores, serving tea and biscuits and doing some ironing.
Below is a selection of photographs taken on the day.
