The RWM Bro. Duncan McCartney and his Office Bearers were installed into office on Saturday 13th January 2018. This evening the deputation from the Provincial Grand Lodge of Fife and Kinross was headed by Provincial Grand Chaplain Bro. Alex Whitehill.
